We arrived for lunch,so bagel options were limited to poppyseed. But it worked for the Naked Lox (smoked salmon and cream... cheese) and the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwiches. Bagels were great. They also serve Colectivo coffee pour overs. Next time,we\'ll arrive earlier to have more bagel flavors to choose from. Read more
Really wanted to like this place as an alternative to Allie Boy?s (which I love) but it just didn?t do anything for me. No one... in line when we got there and still took 15 minutes to make two bagels. The full lox was extremely disappointing. The quality ofthe lox was terrible, chewy and brown. They forgot to put capers on the sandwich too so just lacked flavor. For the price, Iwill always go to Allie?s boys instead. Read more

Ruby?s Bagels is a hidden gem in this city, a small but mighty business. The bagels are consistently fresh, and soft! No one... wants a rock hard bagel.... You can taste the quality and care that goes into making each bagel. It is obvious that these bagelsare a labor of love and that the staff are truly passionate about what they do.\n\nRuby?s frequently offers unique andinnovative pairings like blueberry lemon cream cheese and a lox cream cheese (one of my faves). A co-worker recommended Ruby\'s and I am glad that she did. Some of the best bagels I have ever had. They were fresh and home... made. Cream cheese was excellent as well. Service was friendly and terrific. Always nice when you feel like your business wasappreciated. I feel like I have found a new go to bagel place. The rosemary and sea salt was uniquely tasty and the cinnamonsugar was spot on. Google the location. I understand in the winter kind of in a back building on the property and in thesummer more like a food truck. Just look for the sign...totally worth it. Read more
