I'm usually a big fan of Potbelly Sandwiches. However when I ordered a delivery from here they subbed all the meat for a... different type without asking or calling me to check. It was the worst sandwich I've had in a while unfortunately. I'll be sureto avoid this branch in the future, very unfortunate. Read more
II didn't get the extra Avocado I pad for nor the extra mayo. The was hardly any meat it was sliced so thin you could not only... not taste it. I could barely even see. Another disappointment. And there was only one person there with about 10 people in line.Which is why I simply say down and placed my pickup order in their app. I'm giving 3 stars because the young lady was supernice even though there were at lot of people complaining and walking out. This place is a mess. I've avoided it because I figured being downtown that it'd probably be busy but it was worse than I... predicted. They're clearly not able to keep up with the volume of orders and it's just chaos. Only 1 person on the sandwich lineand 3 others doing everything else and it's not working. I ordered an hour ahead and still ended up having to wait 15 minuteswhen I got there to get my food because they were too overwhelmed. They should not even be taking online orders because betweenwalk-ins and pick up orders they're clearly not able to keep up.
