Awful. Went here several times. Out of many menu items, staff is uninterested at best and rude at worst. Food tasted old/stale... even after waiting for too long in the drive through. Don't go here. Read more
These people play games with your order, would not apply coupon, would not give back coupon stole my coupon. Wish I could give... zero Stars. They were telling me to put my money in their hand aggressively. Unfortunately because they would not work with thecustomer we had to leave and go to different Popeyes on Mayfair road and Burleigh. Advanced warning their doors are locked andyou should use their drive-thru. Read more
Manager was calling a customer in drive thru stupid in front of several customers at counter. There was one young lady on the... front counter trying to take care of lobby customers with no help. No fresh chicken was ready we were given old dried upchicken. We waited in line for over 30 minutes waiting to have our order taken while the manager walked around screaming atemployees. The manager came from back flouring chicken and frying it to drive thru did not change her gloves and started fixingdrive thru orders and was very disrespectful to drive thru customers as well as staff. Plastic bags for food dropped on thefloor and the manager picked the bags up from the floor and threw them back on the counter where food was being fixed. Don'trecommend any one eats here. Read more
Giving them one star because you can't leave a review without any stars. There was one car in front of me ordering through drive... thru and it took them 10 minutes to get my order after the car in front of me moved. They had no mashed potatoes, no coleslawand no Coke. After I paid, they had me park. I waited 45 minutes for my food so I went inside the store. Employees were veryrude, my food wasn't even being taken care of, like they forgot I was even out there waiting. Someone asked how long for chickenand they said a long while so I asked for a refund. One employee told me they don't do refunds. Once another employee heard Iwanted a refund she said that there was chicken ready and gave me my order. Never going back, their customer service is trashand employees attitude is trash. They should replace all employees at this location or just shut it down. Read more

Experience was horrible! When you go and order they tell you its a 15 minute wait. Then after you pay they say they only have... one fryer and it end up being an hour wait. When I finally receive my food and get home the potatoes aren't even cooked.Completely raw. Just a mess. Read more
This is the worse Popeyes ever including the one on Silver Spring and Capital. They never have any chicken the wait time is... outrageous and they prefer you pay with cash so they can pocket the money. Who ever owns these locations are getting robbed. Iwill cook my own chicken for now on Read more
Everything seems okay it was all right the biscuit was kind of hard and then they gave me like real small pieces on the chicken... tenders make it forward and gave me an extra one then I don't know the french fries they'd be okay but I think maybe they werecold I mean I'm just not feeling this place my passing okay but it ain't all that Read more
