I wanted to say that my experience today at this particular store was great. The young lady who took my order was very nice and... polite; the rest of the people in front as well ????There were many employees working in the back and yet wasn?t loud... theyseemed well organize, focus on what they were doing and working in harmony. I love Popeyes, but I'm rarely able to get it because the two locations closest to where I live have absolutely dreadful service... and it's a coin flip whether you're going to be able to even get through the line at all, let alone be able to get what you wanton the menu. This location on Greenfield Ave. is on a completely different level than any of the locations closest to me. Thethree times I've been to this location, I've received friendly service, timely service, and accurate service all around, whichis probably more times than I've gotten at the two locations closest to me combined over the past 5 years. If I have a cravingfor Popeyes, I will 100% make the extra 15 minute drive to this location from now on. Read more
My food was delicious. The lady at the front counter taking orders, was extremely friendly and inviting. She was patient,... repeated your order back and let you know how much the order was. Thanked me for coming and wished that I had a great day. Iwonder if they are under new management, there were friendly employees and it was clean for the lunch rush. There were about 6 cars ahead of me in drive thru?. Line moves in a very timely manner?..received very friendly service from the... cashier at busy time between noon and 12 15 pm?. When arrived at window, cashier was so friendly and said thank you for yourpatience?. I said I totally understand and the food was worth the wait?. She said she likes friendly customers like myself? I am writing this review while eating my cold chicken sandwich and soggy fries feeling completely swindled. The drive thru line... was excessively long? I understand staffing is an issue in today?s economy, but 1.25 hours is unacceptable. Upon ordering, theyonly had one sauce (cocktail) available. When I pulled up to the window, there was no greeting. As I continued waiting for myfood, I watched staff fondle food without any gloves. After I received my food, I waited a moment as I thought there would bemore. Indeed, there was not. The individual ended this terrible experience without saying ?thank you? or ?goodbye? and I was tooslow to realize it. Popeyes is great and I will return, but definitely not to this location. Yikes.
