First found out about Pilcrow at the Waukesha\'s farmers market. Then I found out about their flights and HAD to stop in to try... them! I recently made the transition to dairy free and was looking forward to trying their drinks with dairyalternatives.\n\nWhitney was so cool and accommodating while I was there. She went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I had the rightdrinks and a good experience there. The coffee is DELICIOUS and the atmosphere is calm, light and a great place to work! Drinks were noticeably not infused with nitrogen gas, even though I got a ?nitro flight?. The cold brew was sour, and the other... 3 were super diluted. The almond cookie latte was the highlight, as it tasted exactly like an almond cookie.\n\nSpace was nicegrabbed a bag of beans to go, but noticed when I got home the top of the bag wasn?t sealed all the way. I?m definitely a connoisseur of fine coffee. I had a taste for coffee, and I was looking for a place that had a coffee flight.... The nitro brew was strong and flavorful how I needed, with sweet undertones of the flavors I picked. Grabbed a couple cold brewlattes out the fridge and they were equally flavorful. My Dad got some hot chocolate, and you can tell everything was made fromthe finest beans, and the best chocolate. I?ll definitely be back! Read more
The best coffee in the area. I use their beans every day for my brewed coffee, and stop in to buy a few bottles of their cold... brew whenever I\'m downtown. And they also have awesome customer service...I\'ve been there multiple times and never had a badinteraction. If you\'re in the area make sure you check them out! Read more
Dee-licious Nitro Cold Brew! So smooth and creamy! What a delightful way to spend a few calm minutes on a Sunday! They are... definitely worthy of a trip. My first time in their new location!\nIt\'s a great space... a lot of tables, space and merch. I will be back for the swag. I... got a latte...both baristas were knowledgeable....\nso I went back and got a bag of coffee to try at home. They also have foodthere.... but i didnt see a menu.\nThere were kids studying and friends gathering on Saturday morning when I stopped.
