We were very disappointed with this experience. We came in and had to wait 1 hr and 30min for Cheese curds. We asked twice about... an update on our app and we still had to wait. The specials showed that pitcher of beer were $12 during Wisconsin games and wewere eating during a Bucks game. After ordering 2 pitchers we were charged the normal price and told the discount during?Wisconsin games? were only for Brewers games (in November!). We also waited for our food because there was no food runner andthe POS system was messed up. It was excuse after excuse and we just wanted to enjoy a nice dinner out with family coming fromout of town. It was such a cool looking restaurant and nice hotel next door but the service was absolutely awful. The manageroffered to take a pitcher of beer off of the bill but instead he poured us a 3rd pitcher for free which at this point we justwanted to leave. My mom had to get her own silverware because none were provided and we asked for a Coke and water and after 30min we went up to the bar and asked the bartender since the server never brought it. We were so disappointed. Plenty of workersand we were the only table. we are never going back. Read more

Cool atmosphere located in a nice area. Friendly and clean. VERY good prices; like surprisingly low - food and beer. Food was... good, with a good selection of beer on tap. I will without a doubt go back any time I\'m in Milwaukee! Read more

Have to admit, we were quite disappointed. We\'re from 3 hours away and stopped on our way through. We\'d been here about 5... years ago (I believe it was different owners then) and loved it. We walked in and there was only one other table of people. Wewere seated right away and ordered drinks right away. They came super fast but the waitresses didn\'t come back for our foodorder for over 10 minutes. We ordered the chips appetizer and food. The chips came as just the side instead of the appetizer andwe asked if we could just get some of the dip and she said yes. After 5-10 minutes we just went to the bar to ask for it andthey brought it right out. I ordered a burger medium and it came charred and tasted like charcoal. My son ordered a chickensandwich and it was dark and quite obviously overdone and almost burned. He didn\'t eat it. The waitresses never checked backwith us and we ate our meal without drinks since she never came back to ask for refills. It\'s a shame because we\'ve raved forthe past 5 years about how cool this place is and how good the food was. Read more

I had the pleasure of bringing 45 people into On Tap with my tour company, Fun Beer Tours Milwaukee, for a luncheon buffet. ... From the moment we walked in, everything was A+. Glasses of ice water and drink menus awaited us at each table. The GM was onhand and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The bartender/server immediately took drink orders and returned quickly with anarray of tasty beverages. The kitchen staff had the buffet line all perfectly set out, even with little placards to identifyeach item in their respective serving trays. When one participant asked for a special gluten free option, the kitchen promptlyreplied with an offering that made her happy. As I walked from table to table to check in on things, the consensus that I heardover and over was that the food was \"terrific\" (full disclosure - the \'house chips\' were described as \"phenomenal\"). Everything was top notch - the service, the timing aspect, and the food. I highly recommend for regular dining but also forlarge group outings such as mine as well. Read more

Beers and pizza.\nBeer was ice cold.\nDo your homework on beers before you go if you want craft/local. No descriptions for any... beers. We\'re not from the area, and frankly didn\'t want to take the time to look them up. So Pabst it was!\nService and foodwas much better than 2 blocks away. We\'ll be back. Read more

Stopped by for lunch and, despite being pretty busy and very short staffed, had a pleasant experience. The bloody Mary is good.... The fried mushrooms with truffle oil ranch were really good. Definitely order extra truffle oil ranch as the portioning of dipto dippable is not quite right.\n\nWe also had the chop salad and the beet salad. The chop looked generously portioned. The beetwould have benefited from more goat cheese and some salt and vinegar on the beets. The honneyweiss vinaigrette isgood.\n\nOverall a solid place to grab a drink and a bite. Not food I would go out of my way for. Read more

So great to have something back in this fabulous space and be able to see nods to the old and nudges to the new. Fun, creative,... and tasty twists on classic dishes which creates great tastes.
