The Nite Owl Drive In is the best place in Milwaukee County to buy a Burger. They make their burgers with fresh meat every day... and when they run out of fresh meat, they close for the day. That might be why they close early some days. They are a seasonalplace though. Usually they are open from May to November and then they close for the Winter season. They accept cash only. Iwish that they were open all Year around. I also wish that they would open their dining room back up. My Family and I have beengoing here for Years. The food is awesome. The employees are friendly. Solid burger. I have criss crossed the country eating burgers out of Hamburger America. This one was solid and would get again. ... I got the bacon cheeseburger with everything. I would recommend getting it without mustard so you can taste the meet. Fries arecrinkle cut and you get a lot for $3. Strawberry shake tastes like strawberries which is a positive in my book. Thr burgers are huge. The fries is for 2 people as it is very filling. The food is so good. Remember to bring cash

Love this place. Burgers are delicious, malts were good too. Great nostalgia on the walls. Update July 27, 2021 - Dining room is... closed, but burgers and chocolate malts are still yummy! Visited 8/11/2022 - sorry to say, it's just not the same...that delishburger from a few years ago, it now pretty average. Fries are just OK. And even the malt, (without the whipped cream)- nope, notas good these days. The dining room is permanently closed now - so no dining inside. Cute, old school drive-in. Double cheeseburger was thick and juicy. Very good!!! The fried onions I asked for were extremely... minimal though. Fries were decent. Could of been cooked a tad longer. Fast and friendly service. All in all, a pleasant foodieexperience. I will definitely be back. FYI.....cash only. No debit or credit cards. Read more
