Today is 10/12/22, Wednesday. At around 6:05-6:15 am this morning, I was greeted by a very nice young man. I placed my order,... pulled up to the window and a young african-american slim male with braids, greeted me with a good morning, asked me what kindof condiments I needed for my breakfast sandwich, took my credit card (said thank you, it will 1 moment), handed me my cardback, gave me my meal and said thank you to me, and said you have a wonderful day. Now this may not seem like much to manypeople, but it meant the world to me because it's been a loooonnnng time since I have been greeted this way. That littlegreeting changed my whole demeanor in such a short period of time which started off as a bad morning. So I want to praise thatyoung man (wish I caught his name), and just want to say you are a good example of what customer service is suppose to be and Ijust had to share that. Rude service, then gave me the wrong order twice in the drive through too. When they finally gave me what I ordered they left... several items out. Also took maybe 10-15 minutes to do all this. Read more
Reading these comments I now understand why my loved one endured abuse from the management at this restaurant. My sister advised... management she had a disability at the point of hire. The manager was understanding and she went on the be hired . My sisterwasn?t even at the store for a week before witnessing her leadership be abusive towards her and other workers. The verbal abusewas too much to bare and she eventually had to quit due to mental distress. The manager at this store needs to go and needs tolearn better leadership skills.You can get your point across with out yelling and threatening employees! Read more
They couldn't get our order right. Ended up paying them extra. Was accused of stealing. "Remade our order" (I watched this kid... scoop the stuff off the burger with his dirty hands then slap a piece of cheese on it). Ended up throwing the burger in thatloser's face. Every time I order food from Uber eats or doordash from this location they never give me my whole order! I?m always missing... something. How do you forget the drinks?! Like come on now!!!!
