We came here at 9.00 pm and staff was extremely friendly and polite. My complex order was done with no mistakes! Awesome... service. Was not expecting this from McDonald?s.. mostly I have to argue about hamburgers ingredients which was removed from theorder, but was found in burger. Read more
I'm just going to start by saying I just had the absolute worst experience at a McDonald's ever. They closed the doors on me... moments after allowing me to select the option to pick up my mobile order inside. I called them and they told me there wasnothing I can do but wait in drive thru (which was at least 10-15 cars deep). This was at 717pm. When I finally got to thewindow at around 750 pm, they handed me my order that had been ready, and everything was cold. They re made my food.. Fine.. Thebuns tasted like they were left out overnight. They absolutely didn't even care about flubbing my original order and made sure Igot sub par food. I will never eat at this location again. I don't care if I get a Pikachu in every happy meal. This locationneeds a face-lift and it needs to start with the night crew. Read more
Went through the drive thru to get a combo (Two cheeseburgers, a medium fry and a medium drink). I got a double cheeseburger... completely covered in some unidentifiable sauce. The burger appeared to be hastily slapped together, and the wrapper was fallingoff as I removed the burger from the bag. Only about 1/3 of the fries were in the container- the rest were at the bottom of thebag. The sad part of this was that I went through the drive thru at 6:50 pm- no line of cars. Read more
Today the line was long, and only one lane for drive thru. I ordered 2 large coffees, and a sundae, the order kept coming... up lattes. Once fixed I drove to pay and the middle age woman was on her phone talking to someone, and not paying attention towhat was going on. I couldn't tell if she was the one taking the order but as little as I go there she's been on her phoneduring company time before. I usually let things like this slide, but I hate long lines for no reason, and it could have beendue to the situation. Read more

McDonald's cinnamon roll: In late October 2020 McDonalds introduced their new McCafé Bakery lineup, which included this... cinnamon roll. I?ve wanted to try it since then, but I just never got around to it. I decided this would be a great opportunityto try one as I got it for free by ordering in the McDonald?s app and taking advantage of their ?Mariah Menu? deal thisDecember. The roll is giant, but not quite as big as Cinnabon?s version. There is plenty of sweet cream cheese icing and theroll itself has a satisfying amount of cinnamon flavor. The dough is warm, thick, buttery, and chewy. I?m thoroughly impressedwith McDonald?s on this one. I sometimes like my cinnamon rolls chilled, but this one was fantastic warm.
