I recently partroned this McDonald's location 9/9 or 9/22, on my way to work about 5pm. I ordered at speaker & paid at the... first window. Next, a Hispanic older male was waiting at the second window as I approached. He asked, "Who are you?" & "Do youhave an order "here"? I said "Yeah, but your really confusing me & I think I want my money back". He disappeared out ofsight. The gentleman then apparently sent a Hispanic teen to give me my beverage. I asked the boy, "Is that your manager? Aswell as, "Take that soda right back to him". I urged, him to "Cover his own butt." There was a African American young womanco-, voluptuous in size, wearing maybe red eye glasses standing in the background of the drive thru window, stunned. Shoulderlength hair. Ordered drive thru breakfast for wife and I. Ordered 2 hotcakes, Sausage biscuit and 3 Sausage Burritos. Received 1 hotcake.... Said the same thing happened last time I was here. Got home and 1 hotcake had 3, the other only 2! Also no silverware, butter orsyrup. This place is far far below average even for a McDonalds. Read more
This is definitely one of the better McDonald's around Milwaukee and surrounding areas. The customer service is always very nice... and very professional. The food is definitely better than most any other McDonald's around. The location is absolutely perfectand essential if you're just flying in from the airport or at one of the many many hotels surrounding it definitely don't mindgoing this McDonald's anytime Read more
No matter where the mobile app tries to direct me to a closer McDonald's, I override that, and make sure that I only get food... from THIS location on 13th & College. Our orders are filled promptly, plus the food is fresh and prepared correctly. THISMcDonald's raises the bar for all the other locations in the area. Read more
One of the better Mcds I have gone to. Most of them are slow or just down right bad. This one I'm usually in and out within 2-3... minutes. Food is relatively hot, not scalding usually but still tasty and hot. Read more
Fill your drinks up with too much ice. Order a frappe from them they didn't fill it up they feel like halfway up and then put... whipped cream at the end . Food was great. Drive-thru is really slow and I mean really slow. McDonald's is no longer known asfast food Read more
Today was terrible. 17 minutes, or more, just to get a "quick" lunch. Staff was not friendly nor apologetic. Felt perfectly fine... to hand me a soda that was only 3/4 full. Breakfast weekday staff should train weekend lunch staff about how to be pleasant &run a quick drive thru. Read more
Quarter pounder with cheese was not hot and juicy. Cheese wasn't melted, burger cold. Fries hot so that was good but they don't... taste as good as they used kinda dry and hard. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in almost a year and I don't think I will be comingback Read more
