So out of all the places I should have went to, today I chose KFC. So I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and large fry and a... large drink. The drive thru individual was a 3 out of 5 stars for customer service. I just wanted to have a tasty lunch. Butno, I had to get a lukewarm chicken sandwich, a regular fry and they did get my drink right. However, I had to remove part ofthe bun on the sandwich because it was hard. If I didn't check my bag before I left drive thru I would have been shorted thesize fry I ordered. And mind you the drive thru person read my order back to me. So, next time I want some chicken or asandwich, I will pass this place with the quickness. And there were no napkins, but I did get a fork...lol For what? Anyway,people this KFC is not very good!!!!! It takes awhile to get your food, we went on labor day night. The cashier said it was her first day. This is a drive thru... restaurant. I asked for forks and napkins, I didn't get any. We receive our food , then asked for additional mac&cheese. Tookawhile, for them to bagged the food. Read more
Horrible...just Horrible. Waited the three speaker for a good 7 mins. Out of sandwiches for the night before 8.Had to repeat my... order 4x. Told me to pull around. Pulled around and see the car at the window and the worker having a good old conversation andshaking hands. Get to the window and reads my order to me and it's wrong. Waited at the window for about 10 mins. Only reason Icame to KFC was for my kids. Got my order and didn't get the stripes. Just the frys and biscuits I avoid coming here at allcost. Stuck in drive thru 30 min w only two cars in line only 1 car drove up for inside service others got in drive thru line . When I... finally get to place my order they say they have a 25 kin hold on chicken .. what from where cuz it's only 2 cars and no walkins so how do u not have chicken in 50 min ????.... . ... Absolutely the worst. Took 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich through the dri e through. They opened at noon and I was in line... by 12:02. 3 ithers infront of me. Placing the order for a spicy chicken salad took 15 minutes. Cashier takes my money buy doesnot give me my change and wanders off. Now ok it was only 4 cents but seriously, you could have asked 1st. Comes back, did youwant your 4 cents? No thats fine.. her: good cuz im short on change. Thinking to myself, short on change ? You just opened up 20mins ago, there were only 3 people infront of me.. hiw the hell are you out of change already... Get home and take my sandwichout.. WTH is this? Ive had KFCs chicken sandwich before, it's similar to Popeyes, this is not anything like the prior sandwichI've had.. screw it I'm hungry. Emailed corporate and will never return to this location. The food is okay is what you would expect from fast food chicken. The issue here is the staff as they are mildly rude. Also... one time the staff abandoned the store during business hours with no sign that they were actually closed. People kept going tothe drive through and no one was inside. It seems like this place needs new management. I tried this location again andregretted it. I ordered an 8 piece tender meal to share with others and it was the saddest looking chicken I have ever seen. See the attached photo. Also a wing that was also ordered had no meat, but instead all breading, bones, and cartilage. Stayaway from this location as it continues to disappoint over many months with no attempt to improve. Asked for a spicy sandwich to be ready in 5 cause my bus would arrive in 10 mins. Got it ready in less than a minute and it was... the best spicy sandwich ever! The chicken was juicy and crunchy while being spicy and the buns were not dry with the dressingadding the zest in. Would definitely come again if possible though unlikely. Read more
