Drive thru was amazing fast. Was almost perfect. Last visit was disappointment due to not receiving our bisquts.
Work construction, my truck does not fit in drive through. Will not do walk up(did so in may)and of COURSE lobby is... closed. Never again. Read more
They never open at 11 AM like the sign on their door says. They never open their dining room even though the sign on their door... says the dining room is open...which they also advertise on Google. They will only allow you to go through the drive thru. They expect you to drive all the way back home and eat it after it gets cold. I did take the food back home and it was almostcold by the time I got home? and they didn't give me the coleslaw that I ordered. This was the last time that I will ever goto this location again. Not good!! Prices on the menu did not reflect the actual price. I went in to ask someone and I was informed that the prices went... up today but had not been changed on the drive thru menu. Cashier forgot to come back to the window for me to pay for my orderand I had to remind her that I had not paid yet. Also I was instructed to park around on the other side to get my order and theyforgot to bring my drink out. A lot going on and very unorganized. Great customer service. I ordered a bucket of Krispy chicken with green beans and mash potatoes. Everything was not seasoned... well and was not good at all. Waist of money. I will not be back at this location. Hopefully other locations are better Read more
This use to be a really good one. They are so slow, placed me in parking area and still didn't have my food ready had to go in... just to get my order and waited 15 more minutes for order. This time the wait was about but food the was fresh. Read more
I was here picking up a door dash. The wait sucks, but I observed the manager while I was waiting and this man was holding his... staff accountable for making sure orders were prepared correctly and following sanitary standards. Love to see it. Keep up thegreat work young man. Read more
