When it's open, my orders always are correct. But the hours on the Jimmy John's website and Google are inaccurate. It keeps on... being closed during its stated hours of operation. You think a giant nationwide food chain could at least post the correct hoursfor a store. And this has been going on for at least a month or two, if not longer, so this isn't a fluke. Read more
We waited at the front counter for a couple minutes before we were asked what we wanted. We ordered two subs (a giant and a... regular) also one bag of chips and the total was $26. We asked for a couple glasses of tap water and the lady working said shewould have to charge us $1.60 each for the cups! REALLY??? When someone spends $26 on a couple of cold subs, wouldn't you thinka person could get a glass of water included??? Lastly, the bread seemed a little stale.
