Terrible service. The person taking the order, she was rude and super quite. I understand wearing the mask, just speak louder... and would talk down and to the sides making it more difficult, as i kept telling her to repeat herself, she started gettingfrustrated and responding rudely. I don't understand how hard it is to follow simple instructions, but every time i order a sandwich plane they seem to just... ignore the fact and do whatever they feel by adding everything i didn't ask for. It's not like im ordering online. I'm right infront of the preppers so i know they hear me. Why cant these kids get it right? It's on the ticket. Myself and fellow staff members order from this particular Jimmy Johns often. This last time was ridiculous, I don't mind... tipping, but sometimes people can't afford to tip every single time. Our delivery driver, audibly complained as I returned thereceipt to him with no tip. Keeping in mind, we're literally across the street, we just cannot leave the establishment. But Ican tell you, that type of behavior is definitely making me think tipping this location. Read more
This was the first and will be the last time I go to Jimmy John's. I usually don't write bad reviews but this place was... exceptionally a very bad experience for me. I understand they give your sandwiches fast but there was absolutely no care giventowards making of my veggie sandwich. They literally put blocks of cheese and my avocado spread was inside these whole cheeseblocks ..I has to dig it out...then I asked for a basil and oregano dip they gave me oil and vinegar. I did not realize until Istarted eating..my fault probably but they were kinda rude acting like I don't understand me. They didn't understand what to dowhen I said veggie...they we're shocked...the lady just looked here and there....I guess not many people order veggie sandwichat Jimmy John's. A very bad experience and to top it off the whole store smelled like sewage which is probably not their faultbecause there was some kind of sewage cleaning going on outside the store. Read more
