I placed a catering order for delivery @ noon. My delivery was 1 hour late. I call several times and encountered rudeness from... the various individuals answering the phone; with one phone I was on hold for 3.19 minutes. The attitude of this location givingme the impression of doing me a favor and I was bothering them was totally unacceptable & unprofessional. If you received acatering order 7 days before, it seems to me that based on time request for delivery, these should have taken precedence vs. aback seat of you wait until we get to your order. This location and owner/manager need training of leadership and organizationalskills! Although, the delivery location was 4 blocks away, I will never do business with this location or recommend to anyone.This Wells Street location gives Jimmy John?s a bad name. Never have I had a worse experience at a JJ before. Tried to do a group order online, cancelled it before placing, and our cards... were charged. I called and was assured our money would come back (mine did, the other persons has not yet). I ended up placing asingle order and paying for it. Two combos and a pickle for delivery. The store forgot our pickle, no biggie. It happens.Icalled the store to inform them, was put on hold and someone who I'm assuming was the manager came on and said "Yeah. What doyou want us to do about that?" I simply asked for a refund for the pickle as getting it delivered would be ridiculous. Whoeverwas on the phone goes "Best I can do is store credit." And I said "Sure." Then they said "Would that make you happy?" Theattitude of this person was astounding. They were mocking and it sounded like they were wanting me to get mad. The customer service sucks. I?m more than one occasion they forgot my soda. I?ll call back the manager had an attitude.... Sometimes it takes over 40 minutes for them to deliver my food. Read more
I tried to order for delivery a few days ago and was called back by someone at the store to inform me that they didn?t have a... driver on hand and would have to void the order. Apparently he forgot to take the delivery option off their website. I wasn?tmad because there?s all kinds of shortages these days so it?s understandable. But I still really wanted a sandwich and thecravings did not stop until I caved in and ordered from them again but this time, for pickup. I didn?t get a notification whenit was ready so I just left at the time I scheduled it for. It was ready and waiting for me when I got there and I was elated. My boyfriend and I frequent this place often, literally like 3 times a week at least. We love that this store is open late... hours, and the employees are super friendly. I ordered a Garg tonight...bit into this disgusting piece of "beef." So like any normal person would do, I ask to talk to the... manager, thinking I'd get a new sub. I told the cashier (who told me he was the manager) that this was disgusting, that it wasfat and sinew, he just said "yeah, looks like the core" whatever that means. No apology, no offer for even a partial refund (Iate about 30% of my sub) no offer to make a new sub. I'm not trying to scam anyone or rip anyone off for free products, I justwant to get what I paid for. I didn't, and I think it's pretty sad how nasty of a product I was sold and how this must be anormal occurrence since nobody seemed to care. Read more
Went in for Interview all the man could say was he had plenty Interviews to do he is color struck and only wants to hire light... skin people and other races he is black his self and has a very bad attitude racist and very horrible at hos job you can herehim slamming things around and yelling he sounds very special when he talks but you make him store manager right?
