Bread is ALWAYS ALWAYS hard as a rock! Please stop serving old a** bread! I hadn?t been to this location in awhile and every... once in awhile I happen to go there just because it?s right next door to Jamba Juice. I get home to sit down and eat and mybread is ALWAYS HARD AS H*LL! I complained to corporate but I was told this was a franchise location and they forwarded themessage to the owner. The owner never reached out!!! I will never eat there again, don?t care if they were given out free subs Iwouldn?t take one!!! I had to eat my sub with no bread!!!!!! Trifling! My new favourite place to get subs. Ordered an original Italian and it was delicious. There was a girl that works there that was... wearing a mask and had curly hair in a bun and she made sure my first time trying jersey mike's was a great experience. I wastaking a while to order since I haven't been here before but she was patient and gave me great suggestions based on what I saidI liked. The place is also clean with a great atmosphere. Today I bought 3 giant subs for my business partners and I. Our experience was very unsatisfactory. I asked the lady making my... sub to please go light on the juices and she added extra juice instead. I just said it?s cool I?ll pat it dry. Then at checkoutI paid 56 bucks for 3 subs and 3 bags of chips, I handed the cashier three $20 bills and he gave me my change back on the deskwhile my hand was held out, I turned to my business partner and just said I?m going to ignore that and I still left a 4 tip pluschange; however, Before leaving the store the cashier said wait I didn?t ring up your cheese on one of the subs for $1.60 I saidok we?ll take it out the $5 tip I left. My business partners will all be filing complaints about our experience too. I would notrecommend anyone going to this location. Great subs, I used to order 2-3 times a week. I just had knee surgery and the last 3 days I've tried to order tor delivery... (ubereats) they aren't allowing ordering. I understood it the first time it happened-- lunch time on a Saturday. I'm guessingthey are quite busy, so no biggie. The next two times were 3pm on a Thursday and today 10:15am on a Monday. As a first time customer I was not altogether pleased being expected to know how the ordering process works. The sandwich itself... was fine. Not exceptional, not great, but adequate. Perhaps if I were a regular I would have a higher opinion. Perhaps now thatI know to go to one end, order, get a handwritten order copy, walk it to the other end, pay, come back and wait for my name tobe called, I will be more comfortable. Read more

So disappointing. I really enjoy jersey mikes nationwide. but this place...needs help. if you're not parked right in front of... them, which is impossible at this location, they don't walk 10 steps to see of you're nearby. and when I finally gave up oncurbside I went in to get my order. the staff made a smirk. and then when I got home found out the order was complete wrong. themeats, the condiments. the drink. everything. submitted request for refund through corporate site and they just said its up tothe local franchisee to whom they forwarded the message. no word at all from the franchise. never got my money. I even mentionedpoints would be fine for a future order. not even that. so disappointed. Read more
