If you've never gone here, you're missing out. This one in particular has a good group of people. The service & quality is... always great, & about a handful of people that are consistent at setting a positive atmosphere by a friendly greeting as soon aswe walk in the door. Always a pleasure to see them. UPDATE : After this post I came across a different smoothie company, WAYcloser to home. We've been going to this new place ever since (3+ months). Just visited Jamba a few days ago.. it's not the sameas it used to be. But that's just going off of one day. I understand people have "off" days though. I'm keeping 5 stars upbecause I appreciate the good people they had & the fact that these business owners are doing the right thing by investing inhealthy places like this, that help make life healthier. I go to this location all the time because my family and I love the bowls! However, we drove 20 minutes on a Tuesday and arrived... at 7:30 pm to order 3 bowls. The employees told us they already cleaned up and were not going to make the bowls even though theywere open until 8:00 pm. The manager, Jenna, quickly dismissed us and told us there was nothing she could do. Reallydisappointed in the service. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and would never tell a customer no just because Ihad cleaned up 30 minutes early!!! Read more
