Honestly a pretty bad experience here. Cookies were cold, so was the guy working the register. They had a really bad selection... of cookies and everytime i asked for a cookie i was met with"we are out of that" and it was horrible. I would not recommend thislocation. Read more
We just ordered a couple of cookies and some ice cream. We waited so long for delivery my husband called. The guy said it was... waiting to be picked up for delivery. Waited another hour and my husband called again. A female answered and told us that theywere out of 2 (of several) items we ordered so they CANCELED THE WHOLE ORDER. Funny thing is that they didn?t call to tell usthey canceled our order, so we?ve just been waiting here for the delivery of overpriced cookies and ice cream. Honestly deliveryis the only thing Insomnia had going for it in the first place and we will never order here again. I will say that in theirdefense, the female who answered the phone was very apologetic and professional and that a refund was issued upon cancellationof the order. Read more
I had never been to Insomnia Cookies and was very excited to try it, however I did not get to due to the very poor customer... service. We walked in and the one employee there was standing by the register on her cell phone, with it on speaker, clearly ona personal phone call. She did not acknowledge us at all and continued to talk on the phone while we stood by the register readyto order. She then turned around and walked into the back, again still on her phone. We waited for her to come back but she didnot and we decided to leave as we did not even want to give them our business at that point. Very disappointed. Read more
I think it?s probably the result of difficulty getting staff. They said they had none of their own drivers, so they outsourced... to GrubHub. Which is disappointing. Cookies arrived almost 2 hours later, and not nice and warm like they usually are. I don?tmind the exorbitant prices, but when you get lovely warm cookies it?s worth it. But cold greasy cookies not as much so. I?llgive them another chance since so many places are experiencing staff shortages. But I hope they can get back to their previousgood standards. Also a note of disappointment from last year. They had a lovely promotion for nurses week with a free cookie. Iwas sent an email, tried to go to the store, it was is closed during normal business hours. They eventually answered the phone,and said they were doing deliveries only, and they?re not participating the promotion. They should perhaps advertise that betterbefore sending out the emails. Waited 30 minutes, found out at second in line they were out of half the cookies we wanted to get. Grabbed a six pack of cookies... and a pint of milk. Cookies are the size of Subway's, milk was 20 days past the sell by date, and waiting in line for half anhour was in no way worth it. Two stars because the cookies were good, but just grab the $5 box from pick n' save. No way weresix worth fifteen bucks. Read more
Best cookies ever! I got the vegan 6 pack of birthday, chocolate chunk and double chocolate (2 of each). It was 12.95 for the 6... pack, making it a treat yo self kind of splurge, but honestly it is totally worth it!! They are warm, gooey and delicious!!!Service was friendly and fast and the cookies were amazing so I will definitely be coming back! Read more

Homemade style baked cookies always severe fresh out... the oven with the option of ice cream on or side of your cookie/s of choice. Ordered online like I usually do and went to let the store know I was outside and wanted curbside. The young lady said we never... did curbside. I asked when it had stopped. She specified ? we?ve never did that and whoever did was just being nice. Just didn?twant to work that day I?m guessing that?s why she had an attitude. Read more
