I ordered at 10:30pm and it said it would be to me at 10:55pm. At 10:50pm I got a notification to be by my phone since my order... is on the way and will arrive soon. Well 2 hours passed at I called at 12:30am to find out they supposedly never received anorder and couldn't find my name!? Oh also they closed at 12am so I definitely wouldn't be getting my order! They didn't offer meanything but a "yeah I'm sorry about that..." really? Now I have to wait up to 5 days for a refund to go back into my account.Horrible customer service! You should atleast be giving me something free for the inconvenience of having me stay up for anorder that was never coming in the first place! 0 stars! Read more
Was really expecting more from this place. The cookies remind me of cookies you could easily buy and heat from any grocery... store's bakery. Also, they are very overpriced in my opinion (I paid over $20 for a 6 pack of cookies and a cookie ice creamsandwich). I wouldn't go out of my way for these cookies, but if I'm in the area and looking for a late night snack after dinneror hanging out at a local bar, then I may stop in. Read more
