Delicious pizza with a curiously pillowy crust. All the different (standard) pizzas looked amazing, but I opted for the pizza of... the day, which was a parmesan cream base topped with basil, a mozzarella provolone blend (one of my favorite pizza cheesecombos), and delicious, salty ribbons of prosciutto. Super rich and savory. Highly recommended for a quick slice. As for thepasta, I've had the bucatini twice. One time, the noodles were perfectly al dente and the sauce rich and flavorful. The mostrecent time, however, the noodles were overcooked significantly and the sauce lacked any real flavor, on top of beingsignificantly under salted. Read more
Adam?s pasta is the BOMB DOT COM!!! So fresh, rich (full of calories) and delicious that my husband and I chose to split a bowl... and we still couldn?t finish it! EGG AND FLOUR PASTA BAR has vegetarian options as well. BTW, did I mention he was on Season 19of Hell?s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsey? TOTAL ROCK STAR in my book! ?? Philly Cheesesteak Mac & Pepperoni Pizza! Yum Diddly!! The pizza was cooked well. Great crust. Perfect sauce to cheese ratio.... Im a saucey person The mac were perfect and seasoned well. New to Bayview, so we thought we would stop by this made to order pasta bar everyone talks about and we were not disappointed!... The staff was extremely welcoming and kind, it?s an interesting order process but they made it really easy. The pasta wasincredible, truly the best noodles I?ve had anywhere in Wisconsin and the sauce was incredible too. 2nd time here. Great sauces, great pasta, friendly people. The tomatoes are so damm good, the black pepper has a nice bite, but... that is Not grilled chicken.
