**Update* I contacted the below email and not a thing has happened**** Nice new clean location however, soooo slow. I was in a... rush before work but the drive thru looked really busy so I went inside which was dead. The front cashier kept making otherdrinks instead of helping me and the one other person patiently waiting. When people walk in, they should be helped. There wereabout 5 other workers helping with the drive thru and other things. It doesn't make sense why the front cashier kept walkingaway to go do other things. Read more
Horrible customer service I have a large cold brew they barely fill less than half
Only young white lady is nice. The rest of the employees don?t care at all about your order. If they heard you wrong, they?ll... go with what THEY heard! Never once had a good drink made here because they plainly DONT CARE. Close this one down too. Orrestaff. Read more
i showed up during the grand opening! got a free glazed donut a large water and some type of breakfast taco with bacon egg and... cheese! they were very nice to me i sat in the only available table ate drank! stepped out of the building to throw out my bags!still carrying my water i went in! and they let me get three munchkins for free! i didnt tell them i was going to hand those offto a homeless person! i would have payed but they offered! then i came back later in the day and got ten more munchkins? jellyand glazed!! I have always been greeted nicely by the tall blonde with the great lashes! The employees have always been super nice and... friendly when I come in! They make me want to always return to that Dunkin! We all know if you want your rewards used you needto show it first before paying. Read more
Went through the drive thru early morning and the cashier was extremely rude! The phone for the rewards program was provided and... she just snatched the money out of my hand shut the window. When I asked how to add the points she responded "there is no way"and closed the window. Olivia (blonde) needs a real attitude adjustment or a job that doesn't deal with the public. The ladies at this location are always super nice and friendly. I always use the mobile order and walk in options and haven't... had any issues. Even when the store is busy the ladies make an effort to greet you. Read more
