Never have donuts. Service is bad. Not really sure how this place is still in business. It?s a little difficult to get to as... well off 27th. The area is kind of shady and run down. I won?t waste your time getting donuts here. There is a grocery storeacross the street with a bakery much better selection. Read more
DO NOT EVER GO HERE! I literally NEVER write reviews but today i have too! I ordered an iced chai and a bagel and cream cheese;... the first sip I took of the drink I got STEEL WOOL in my mouth so i spit it out and threw it away. I then decided to take a biteof my bagel and it tasted COMPLETELY like chemicals and my tongue started feeling numb. I tried calling the store and thenumber just had a busy signal I called 9 times and tried two different phones. I'm calling corporate and the health departmentbecause this is unexcusable and could hurt someone!!! Never going back to that dunkin ever again and I hope they get shut down. Read more
The lady is new on sundays, made me wait 20 mins in the drive thru, then told me to park on the side for another 5minutes and... the store says open at 5am but it?s 6am but the main door is locked , then tells me that her oven is not working and it willtake her another 10 mins to make the food or I can take my money back I don?t understand y she unnecessarily wasted 30 mins ofmy time She could?ve just told me when I placed my order! This is the worst Dunkin I have been to in a while. The drive through is super slow to actually get to you after you pull up to... the speaker. Our drinks were not actually filled all the way, our drinks were missing ingredients (cold foam and sweetener) mydrink was leaking everywhere. They didn't have apple fritters and couldn't actually reimburse us because we ordered on-line. Then they forgot a sandwich from our order, and when we tried to call the phone number listed here went to an error message.Just horrible service and products over all. Read more
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. This location always forgets something in my order when going through the drive... thru so make sure to double check your order. They only partially filled the drinks to about 75% full. They regularly don'thave items no matter when you come. The best part is this location is run by kids who were burning things on purpose and thenlaughing about it while taking selfies. Stay away from this location. Read more
I have not had one bad experience at this dunkin. I go inside every morning in a time crunch and always get my food and drinks... within 5 minutes. Great and friendly staff. Highly recommend this dunkin over others that I have been to. Read more
