Go to any other culvers but this one. Order was completely wrong. Over charged. I got a malt too and it wasn?t even that. I'm torn between 2 and 3 stars. My cashier was fine. My burger was barely warm, cheese not melted. Neither of my shakes wowed my... taste buds, vanilla and root beer float shake. And the person who made my shakes didn't even let the cashier know they weredone...so I had to wait. Small improvements can be made. Read more
Placed a order and they forgot the family meal fries and 2cups of hot cheese sauce. Came back the next day with reciept they... told me nothing they could do should have said something the day of. Which at the time feeding the kids and whatever else thatis going on after dinner never crossed my mind to do so immediately. What was wrong with the next day. On top of them tellingme... now it's just a different team on this shift so I really don't know anybody that would talk to you anyway. Even with areceipt showing I ordered it. The time before they forgot a strawberry shake, I didn't have the receipt showing the order sonothing they could do for me. Now I have receipt and still have some kind of BS to deal with. So I paid for something and have areceipt showing it and still don't get anything done by anyone. Poor customer service. Tried calling and nobody answers. It's ajoke at this location. Read more
Ordered the Cod dinner. Cole slaw was old and wilted. Cod batter was soggy and wet on the bottom, and I dined in. The young lady... that served me was very nice, polite and courteous(exemplifies great customer service). Read more
Yum. Had a Cod Sandwich Meal and switched the drink out for a shake. I love their shakes!! Oreo with hot fudge and salted... carmel. The fish was great. Could?ve had more mayo but it was yum-o, cooked well and flaky. Not super flavorful or anything.The fries were very good. Read more
Today's visit to this particular Culver's was due to my mission to get my favorite flavor- Dulce De Leche Cheesecake. Once again... I was disappointed with yet ANOTHER Culver's. If you've had that particular flavor, you'd know you're suppose to get Dulce deLeche Fresh Frozen Custard layered with cheesecake pieces and topped with a drizzle of old fashioned salted caramel (or mixedtogether somehow). What I got was NOT what I just mentioned. See the photo of what seems like vanilla custard with about 3 or 4cheesecake pieces, and that was almost midway through.???? Just make sure you check your pints when you order a flavor thatconsists of pieces/a combination of items. Read more
The food was good but the service was horrible! I ordered through the drive thru and of course they didn?t bring out all my... food, so I went inside. I was not greeted and the cashier was as cold as ice! She didn?t even acknowledge that I needed help!she looked straight pass me and the whole time the manager was standing at the register next to her! Once I got her attentionshe didn?t apologize and I almost felt like it was my fault that they gave me half an order! She handed me the rest of my foodand I said thank you and she again looked passed me and said nothing!!!!!! How RUDE!!!!!!!
