I really love cousins lol I call them my cousins. And with the app I've gotten more free food from them than my cousins.

I could not believe the Service that I received today. The server Deshawnda, was rude and unprofessional. After my number was... called, my fries were cold as we're the customer before me. I asked for fresh fries and the server told me my number was calledpreviously and that's why my fries were cold. This was untrue because I was standing at the counter. She then told me I wouldhave to wait for fresh fries and she made me wait 15 minutes and threw the fries in my bag a walked away. Bread is cut poorly. Sloppy job altogether of making them .
I always come to this cousins and I was so surprised how they treated me the manger was young and rude. She watched a employee... make my sub wrong and sloppy. I told her my sub was not made correctly and it was very sloppy and she responses this is how youmake the sub. So I just took the sub home and when I got home the bread was so HARD. So I took the sub back up there they tookit out my hand and gave me my money back and now they no longer have to worry about my service dude to the rudeness. Read more
