Booked a reservation for my brother’s birthday and it was a great experience. Our server was helpful and patient, given that... it was our first time. Everyone was so attentive to our table. My glass of water was not empty for a single moment and the staffwas very professional. I highly recommend Carnevor, not only because the service was great, but because the food was too! Handsdown one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! I got a well done Filet Mignon and I can’t get over how delicious it was. Carnevor is hands down one of the best (arguably the best) steak joint in Milwaukee. We went with the Australian Wagyu Filet... and the Dry aged Rib Eye and both were amazing. We also had mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and butternut squash soup to gowith it. The atmosphere in the restaurant and bar are both great, making for and all around unique and enjoyable experience. The best lobster bisque anywhere in the country! They specialize in high end Wagyu from America, Australia, and Japan. No one... else offers cuts like these so don't even bother looking. Cocktails are awesome, the people are great. The shrimp cocktail isgiant, desserts are made from scratch. Truly an amazing steakhouse.
