If you have not been to the place, then what are you waiting for?!!! This place has the best drive-in food and milkshakes in... the area. I have tried multiple items on the menu and not a single one of them was bad. The only thing I do have to say isthat the slaw on the hot dog is a must, it just doesn't taste right without it. Shaffer?s has the absolute best food hands down in all of Hurricane to Milton! I stop in a couple times a week sometimes for... myself or my kids. The food never disappoints and neither does the service! Everyone is always so hospitable and down to earth,and tonight was no exception?I am a nurse and had worked a really long shift today. I called Shaffer?s just to see if the timegoogle was giving was correct. It was already 5 minutes after close and (I believe JT) offered to still take my order! It mademy night! I drive all the way to Milton Wva, 2 times a month to eat thier hotdogs from Richmond ky. No kidding. 2.5 hr drive. We are... retired. We like to find great food places. Best dang people. Owners are great. The waitress are super kind. Left a 30 $ tip,yes, the service was that good. Burgers are great, and ice cream there no better. Thank you guys so much.
