I had Madeline's make the doughnuts and ceremony cake for my wedding. Everything turned out amazing. The doughnuts were a... massive hit and all my guests could not stop talking about them! Our ceremony cake was beautiful, elegant, and tasty. They letus select our 2 favorite flavors for the tiers. They even let us borrow their cake stand to display the cake. Thank God for Madeline?s Bakery ????. We needed and cake and doughnuts for a promotion ceremony and they ended being great!!! A... little bummed about the pick up time being off by 30 minutes but luckily I had planned for the worse ????. We made it in time tomy hubby ceremony and people LOVED the treats!! Everyone loved the maple doughnuts and the cake?there was a miscommunication about the timing which stressed us out a bit as itwas 30 minutes past the pick up time but she gave us a great discount. We have always loved Madeleine's as our hometown bakery so we decided to have Erika make the desserts for our wedding. We were... not disappointed! Very mixed bag here. On one hand, it's the only place anywhere near Northern Vermont that makes Napoleons. However, customer... service is hit-or-miss, depending on who helps you. Donuts are good but pricing seems high ($2.25 for a plain, glazed donut).Raspberry scones were, sadly, dry and not a lot of flavor. I haven't tried cakes yet so can't comment on those. They do haveeclairs and some other fancy pastries like Baklava that aren't common around here so that's a plus. Read more
