Usually 5 stars but today got like 5 wings only for a pound and ordered suicide wings and they were not hot at all, they used to... be hotter when i ordered regular hot from them. Disappointed today but they are great wings usually???????? Read more
So sad to have to review this. I worked at Wings Up in the early 2000s for years. The food was quality, there was so much pride... in ownership. For years after it went through different owners but the quality and product was still there overall. I went a 2-3years without it over COVID and was super excited to have it again as a treat tonight. Unfortunately I won't go back. Thechicken sandwiches had the tiniest piece of chicken on it, barely half the bun. The chicken used to fall out of the bun. Thebun was so stale. The chicken dunkers were tiny and overcooked. I had to wait a long time for my order which I ordered online 30minutes prior and then they discovered they forgot one of the items and had to start cooking it, making the wait even longer.There was hardly any cheese on the garlic bread, which was soggy as well. A place from my past that used to be so amazing hasgone way down hill. They should go back to their roots, and bring back quality and value for your money. Read more
Walking into the restaurant I could instantly tell what type of vibe they were going for. The arcade machine along with the... seating made it feel like a nice restaurant to sit in and enjoy some wings with a group of friends. The service could have beena bit better, I felt that the man working at the counter was trying to rush me because he was in the middle of a conversationwith his friends which I didnt mind that much. My food took about 15 minutes to be served, I feel like it could have been a bitfaster if they tried but I wasn?t in a rush. Luckily it was worth the wait. The chicken bites were cooked to near perfectioninternally; it was juicy and tender with a beautiful mild bbq sauce glaze. My only problem was that the chicken wasn?t as crispyas I was hoping and there just was not as many bites as I expected. Although I did order the regular size for around $11, I didnot anticipate such a small serving of chicken. The potato wedges were so crisp, each bite was just pure bliss.They wereexcellently salted on the exterior but lacked a bit on the insides; without any dipping sauce they were a bit dry. The carrotsand celery complimented everything very nicely and tasted nice and fresh. And lastly the buttermilk ranch, what is their not tosay about the ranch. Everything was just elevated to another level once it was dipped inside. Overall this was a great meal andI will be returning to this restaurant In the future. Read more
This is such a sad display of high priced wings and onion rings, they also forgot to add the veggies part of the order of 2... pounds of wings. Looks depressing for $43... this is the first and last time I be coming here. MUCH better eats elsewhere. Read more
Good wings, Sauce is good but they always drown the wings in sauce so I asked for less sauce but then they almost took out all... the sauce from the wings and made them feel dry. Might want to ask for slightly less sauce when buying wings. Read more
I was really pleased yesterday with my order. It was extra saucy as ordered, great portion size and couldn't even finish it all!... I like the fact that they offer free delivery right now as well. I was on a work call and the delivery driver called to let meknow my food was outside so it didn't get cold. I ordered again today for lunch, same thing. I thought my order was runningbehind and opened my door to see it left at the front door, no one knocked. It was fine yesterday because they knocked andcalled, but I was sitting in my living room beside the front door and not once did someone knock to advise my delivery was here.I then opened the box and it was about half the portion size that I received yesterday. I figured since it was such a bigportion I would split it with my daughter but I was quite unsatisfied today. The food was also cold as no one let me know it washere today. The chicken bites also could have been cooked longer as they were not nearly as crispy as yesterday. Read more
Horrible customer service, we had ordered wings and it came with little no sauce asked for a refund at the time but they stated... to keep a credit on the system for a discount for a future order. We spoke to Jayresh Kumar who did not document it so thediscount never got applied, a refund to begin with would have been the best option. Read more
