THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NO SERVICE AND DIRTY TABLES EVERYWHERE. WAITED MORE THAN 30MINUTES TO NOT EVEN GET SERVED THE MENU.WILL... NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN. Another colleague who was with us wrote a review and was accused of eating and getting free food. Iguess they don?t read well as we clearly mentioned that we didn?t even get the menu. Service was not good at all. Do not go here. I came there at night and decided to sit up on that patio. For 30 minutes I sat... there without a menu. I was listening to two other tables complain about the service and how slow it was. There was a largergroup and a smaller group that were also not getting served. After hearing those tables complain and watching one of them get upand leave I did the same thing. I wouldn't be surprised if the larger group left as well as it seemed like they were there for aa bit before I even got there and they still haven't received any food. The place was also a mess, a lot of the empty tableshad dirty dishes and garbage still sitting on them and I noticed on the way out after 30 minutes that they were the same tablesfrom when I arrived. Went with two kids. Server was initially good then disappeared. I had to retrieve napkins and cutlery myself. No follow up at... all. Missed a portion of our order. When advised never followed up to rectify. Waited 20 mins for bill which never came. Finally a server took us downstairs where the original server said she was moved to and therefore couldn?t attend to us on thepatio. I don?t really blame the servers, they seem hung out to dry by absolutely clown show incompetent management. I rarelywrite reviews but it was so bad I felt I had to. Had the most terrible experience today! Placed an order today for 6 pounds wings and was told to pick up in 25 minutes. 35... minutes after placing the order when my brother was there to pick up, I was informed that they have no wings available!!! Thiswas literally at 1:30 pm in the day time. We were so annoyed that why weren?t we informed when they were taking the order. Thelady ?Morie? who took the order had nothing to say!! I went here with a couple friends and there was one brunette waitress there who was handling the whole restaurant and it was... getting pretty busy. She did look stressed and worried about messing up. We felt really bad for her because we know it wasn?ther fault. Our food and drinks did take long to come however I?m not going to put it on her. My future suggestion is maybe tohave two people at the bar and one or two people at the tables just so things are handled evenly and no one has to getoverwhelmed. The waitress who handled us today deserves a raise/ promotion where even though she looked nervous, she stillhandled us the best she could given the circumstances. So from all 3 of us we say thank you very much and it wasn?t your fault.Wild wing always delivers on the food!! I only give it a 4 star because of how late our food and drinks took to come. The service from the hostess was excellent and the food was average. Unfortunately the kitchen staff and manager care so little... about their jobs that they allowed chicken feathers to be cooked into their wings. This isn?t something you can just pass overby mistake, they must have seen this and decided to ignore it because they?re lazy. I had to argue with the manager to get thewings taken off of my bill, explaining that I expect higher quality food from a restaurant I?m paying to eat at. Our first visit to Wild Wing on our anniversary and it was awesome. The food was delicious but the person who made our evening... so much brighter and happier is Julia. She was absolutely amazing and Wild Wings is lucky to have such a wonderful asset intheir restaurant. Thank you Julia for making our evening so special ???? Read more
If you're looking for some good wings and great conversation I recommend coming here. The servers are all super nice and make... you feel like family. My go to is non breaded wings with the Farmers Daughter flavour. Come in, join the family and try it outfor yourself! Read more
