Staff here has no manners. The taste of coffee here sucks big time even in the mornings. The staff is unreasonably rude esp the... ladies at the front cash & even at drive through. Their attitude is like they are giving away free coffee. The old lady at thefront cash during mornings is the most rude. Like I understand, being a certain age, its hard to work but a little courtesy goesa long way. I wanted to swipe for my points on Tims app, she said why aren't you paying? I told her I was swiping to attain mypoints first. She said OK please do it fast. I have always seen her in clash with other customers. She is absolutelydisrespectful & without manners. Even during busy times, they are only using 1 cqsh counter to assist a long line up ofcustomers. They say their location is open till 11 pm, but they always lock their doors at 10 pm. They say only their drivethrough is open between 10 & 11 pm. I went through their drive through & even then they said they are out of coffee. Thislocation & some other locations around Milton are being mis managed by a rude East Indian lady. She has brought East Indianstandards to a civilized nation. Its not about the ethnicity, but more about respect, empathy, positive workplace & non-rushedservice. God helps Canada ????????! Read more
Slow, mess up orders, coffee is horrific, they never have the food items they claim will always be on menu. But they keep adding... more new items they never have available. Lol. Pay attention other coffee shops Tim's is hurting and failing. Read more
tim hortons now have different taste ,like you can?t taste the flavour of double double before its like only water with milk... even French vanilla the original aroma you smelled is different I noticed it few weeks ago water and milk is more than vanillain ratio, I tried to buy in different branches but they are all the same in taste.???? Piece of advice for the hot tea: if it's too hot, don't bother asking for a second cup unless you're willing to pay, just ask... for a sleeve instead. They are really asking for 10c for an extra cup because the drink is too hot. Unreal. Read more
