This rating is just for their wraps. This is the 3rd spicy crispy chicken wrap I've ordered from this location. NEVER... AGAIN. Every single one ends up sticking to the inside of the bottom half of the box. And it refuses to slide or push out. I hadto destroy the box with both hands to eat it. 1 starvit is even too much for this TH. Ordered online, arrived, waited for 25 minutes more! Then good that i checked, instead... of black they gave my coffee with milk. Totally 35 minutes waiting time with preoder pickup. Insane. It is not a single time ithappened. Should be elevated to a manager as it is the worst customer service. Read more

Asked for a croissant with ham and cheese, nothing else on it. They put into the system the deli meat/cheese I asked for,... charged me for it. Got home to take a look and it?s just a plain croissant with nothing else. Starving, just finished a shiftand not impressed. Costed me almost $10 in total with a bagel on the side. I live on the other side of town, but specifically drive to this location due to their steadfast consistency. The staff is... always so friendly, and equally as efficient. I have yet to experience a lengthy wait-time, even during the busiest times of theday (although a longer wait time would be totally understandable). Got a simple breakfast meal and there was something wrong with each aspect of it. It was supposed to be a bacon English muffin,... with a hash brown and oj. The hasbrowns was so hard that biting down on its edges felt like trying to eat a stale cookie, theyended up giving me a sausage english muffin instead which I didn't realize till later when I ate, and they forgot my orangejuice. When I tried to ask about it they rudely asked me "you have your order what are you missing" and then I finally got myoj. The initial order took 10 minutes and waiting for the chance to claim my precious drink took another 5. This morning I placed an order via drive through & I saw the big signage for the French vanilla cold brew so I ordered it - I... specifically said French vanilla cold brew. When I got to the window - I was given a hot French vanilla?.I said I ordered acold brew & the skinny Caucasian man with dark hair who gave me my order rudely said ?we don?t even have French vanilla coldbrew just vanilla??.so I asked if I could get that cold brew instead as I ordered a cold brew but he was adamant that it?s notwhat I ordered. I then asked if I could get a cold brew vanilla or an iced coffee instead as I didn?t want a warm beverage?.Ispecifically ordered a cold brew. Another worker (female Caucasian older 40+ yr old) who was near the window said that thereare 20 cars in line and that unless I want to drive back around then they can?t give me a cold beverage. So not wanting to berude or keep up the line?.I drove away when in retrospect I should have stayed in my car until I was given an item I ordered. Ileft the experience bitter as I?m a loyal customer like probably every Canadian but to the core I feel hurt that bothindividuals who are in a customer service role couldn?t just be kind. The costumer services was good. It's tim hortons is inside of a Circle K in Tremaine street. Great location. The Tim Hortons... close at 10:00 pm. Public washroom ???? available inside the store. Big parking. The store have drive thrue only. No dinningroom available at the store. No tables available outside the store. They always have fresh coffee ? and pastries. The store isfollow the COVID 19 protocol. You have to wear mask ???? all the time. Be aware that sometimes this a big line in the drivethrue. Great location for people thats walk or are using bicycles ???? . The store is close to the grocery, bank andpharmacy. The Christmas ???? cup are here yet. Read more
