I come here atleast 3 times a week in the afternoon for the past year. I end up ordering food and 80% of the time it's not... available. I decided to do an experiment and order the chili (never available past a certain time based on my experience.). Letme tell you, I've never been able to get it from this location. REMOVE IT FROM THE MENU IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT. The chili isstaring at me and tempting me to order it, only to end up being unavailable. I'm livid. Read more
Very frustrated with this location. This is the third time this week they have messed up my order. I asked for 5 birthday cake... timbits, it?s on the receipt and they gave me 8 sourdough and very stale, how is this ok? I will hold the line up here from nowon to check what they have given me, and people wonder why we freak out and react the way they do, they blatantly give you thewrong orders. I spend almost 400$ a month, almost 4800$ a year on timmies for my crew. I refuse to continue being served garbageand the wrong stuff. I also called this location a ton of times and it just hangs up. Manager had staff remove rug at entrance between doors on a very rainy day. Said another customer almost tripped. I wiped out... on the wet floor and couldn't put any weight on my leg for 3 days. So much for my vacation in Michigan. I was only offeredher card after showing one of her staff my knee...then she came out to check on me. Read more
The cashier was very rude .no name on their name tag .. she was not able to understand when i said i want cream and sugar in my... tea ? They are violating health and safety of customers as more than one employees were not wearing hairnets ?i didnot saw thegirl changing gloves .. Read more
The coffee was hot and the order took a little longer than expected to order (I believe the person taking orders was newer)... that?s not the issue. I was hesitant to order food as not one employee working was wearing a hair net. The two people who weremaking food had their long hair in a ponytail with no way of keeping their hair out of the food they were serving. Read more
Theirs this ugly employee who's always moody like whenever I come, if I wanna replace something in my order (when I am ordering)... she's like ohhh you shoulda told me before omggg. Im like bruh I didnt even place the order yet and then she makes sure I get myorder after a while. You guys better fire her. I wish I could take a picture of her and add it to the review but I don't want myphone to get infected by her virus. I can describe her. She looks like a rabbit, she has a mole beside her eye or smthn and shesmells bad. Im pretty sure shes a pakistani or indian. #firemoodyrabbits. Read more
Okay, I was the only one in line today, at 625pm, how did you miss the cheddar cheese and how did manage to burn my bun? The ham... was super cold, slapped in there like you had rush hour but I was the only customer in line for drive thru. Unacceptable. I hadto add my own cheddar cheese just to make it complete as a HAM AND CHEDDAR SANDWICH. Please do better. Read more
The location in the YorkTown plaza is always soooo busy. Cashiers get something wrong every order.
