My Friends and I were at Pumpkinville at Sherway and we ordered a poutine and ribs from their booth there. Unfortunately, the... poutine had a soapy taste and when we asked for another and explained the issue with the taste, the staffs additude towards usbegan to sour immediately insulting us that we don't have taste and to add insult to injury when we paid the full price for afull rack of ribs they were too chewy, not well cooked and had 5 ribs where a typical full rack is 6 minimum so when we askedfor refund difference for getting a half instead of a full rack the rude responses and excuses carried on for at least 5-10minsuntil we decided to just accept a soup from them (Which didn't taste good either) and give my friends time to just calm down tryto forget about this terrible experience and enjoy the rest of our time at Pumpkinville. Now that time has passed and I'm not asangry and thinking back to this experience I wish they had just given us the $20 refund of the 60+ we've spent and at the veryleast not been so rude to us, understanding and all of this could have been avoided. However, from my friends and I's experienceI guess rushing orders and being rude to their customers must be the norm for them so avoid them if there are other optionsplease save yourself the stress and money. Received a terrible poutine and messaged the owners, recieved an immediate response and effort to replace the item ASAP. They... assured me it was an error. Also ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which was big, tender and delicious. Will definitely orderfrom there again. Read more
