Unfortunately, I was stuck in a pickle with an order I placed on Skip. A few minutes after placing the order I needed to change... it. Skip would not allow me to cancel, or I could cancel but no refund which did not make sense. Kelly was amazing. She was ableto assist me and save the day as this order was work related. Thanks Kelly! Arrived 5:15, was only asked for drinks at 5:30...food order at 6pm... I asked for a draft beer ( don't have any) even tho... advertised....asked for a bottle of bud...don't have any of that either so I got coors ( took a hour to come out) Meals were allmeh. Server coughed a CRAZY amount the whole time. Took forever to get the cake we brought in and finally left around7:40pm. I went to this location during a road trip alone with my two young kids. The staff were quick to seat me. It was busy Friday... night so service was a bit ?slow? (sat for 20 mins before someone came to take orders) but the food was hot and they made surewe had everything we needed. They were very accommodating Read more
Ordered the family Pack with ribs meal. Excellent price for the amount of food we got. The gentleman at the take-out register... was friendly and welcoming, his name was Tom. Excellent service!! Our food was hot and fresh but the chicken was a little dryand fries were too soggy but the portions and service made up for that. We also got $5 off for ordering online so well worth it.I would recommend this location ???? Read more
Ordered from the Milton store and upon delivery the driver rang the bell and ran. We couldn't believe the mess he left. The bag... was ripped open and the soup was poured all over the rest of the items including the porch. The driver did not even apologize orexplain what happened he just waved and left without addressing. Very disappointed as I tipped the driver and he didn't evenhave the decency to acknowledge what he was leaving at the door. Do better!... Read more
