They cannot get an order right, not only do they 'forget' items, they get them completely wrong when they do...

Nice location! I like that it's in the middle of serveral other food joints. I came here to do a little bit of work and sip on... green tea while at it. The washrooms were clean and there was a lot of seating available to do your work. My recommendation isfor the staff to be a bit less Loud and roudy. It's important to be professional and keep it a bit under volume so that peoplecan enjoy at the starbucks. Staff is not very friendly and quality of oat milk has gone down drastically across all starbucks in ontario. No creamy oat milk... anymore for all Starbucks customers!! No value for money anymore. Extremely Disappointed! Read more

The taste of the drinks are inconsistent. Every member makes the drink differently. What I am upset about is on top their drinks... being overly expensive they have now started charing for non dairy substitutes. That's awful! Now a latte costs us over $6really? To be completely transparent the coffee doesn't even taste that great. No wonder all the stores are now almost emptyeven on the weekends. The experience with this store was Amazing when I first moved to Milton over the summer. The staff were Polite and had genuine... conversations and they remade my drink when I simply said it wasnt that good. However over the last couple of months I haven'tseen my regular baristas. The new people here lack the Starbucks charisma and don't really care anymore. Today, I ordered adrink with sweet cream cold foam. When I was passed my $8 drink they forgot to add the sweet cream cold foam. Maria was like letme refund you and charge you again, rather than owning the mistake and fixing it. My original payment was by my startbucks cardand was also an issue to refund. She made it a point that I remember to correctly order my drink and that I should've asked forit before. The interaction was pretty awkward after that and made me feel uneasy. Will be going to another location. I miss theold workers who went above and beyond. Drive through available at this location with a patio. Just south of the 401 on James Snow parkway. You need to turn left at... the first traffic line going south from the 401. Two unisex washrooms. Not as large as some of the Starbucks I've visited. Hada java chip with no whip. Very soothing on a hot day like today. Read more
