I was there yesterday at 10pm in the drive Thru and it was raining crazy. I ordered ice cream and the people at take out were... lovely they had put another cone cup on top of my ice cream so the rain wouldn?t get in it and one of them even held a napkinover it while they passed it to me in the rain. Perhaps the slowest McDonald's in existence? They completely ignored the 5 person lineup at the cash register until someone... yelled. Fruit flies in the pastry display case. AMAZING customer service and attitude from the two young gentleman working the drive thru at this time (one African Canadian and... one Caucasian), especially as they're working on the long weekend (July 1, 7:30pm). They were both very polite, friendly andefficient. Some people have a "customer service" voice, but these two were genuinely very pleasant and positive people. It wassuch a refreshing surprise that will have an ever lasting effect on the rest of my day. Really hope the managers see this andthey get the recognition they deserve. Read more
The service is to bad, night shift servers acts like they are doing thier job by someone forcing them to do it. I ordered a... double double and it has no sugar or creamer and it was cold i asked them to give me the new one so first he start argue andthen took my same coffee and microwave it and give it to me , I asked for sugar so he gives me one sugar and when i ask for anyspoons for mixing up with the angry face he gives me a knife to mix.. Super friendly service. We stopped for a quick bite as we drove through Canada and had a pleasant experience. Poutine was a fun... option that isn't available on the US side and it was tasty. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The real winner was themanager and her staff. They were great and I really appreciated their extra mile effort. Read more
Crazy isn't it? This location can not get an order correct. At home with Covid today I ordered a double hamburger with lettuce... tomatoes and bacon from Uber eats. Will I got the bun lettuce vacon and tomatoes but not meat patties. Thank to Thomas - Themanager- I was told that there was nothing he could do.
