This place has some great fish and chips. I went out in 2019 and a young lady in that had lived in Milton mentioned the place to... me. I tried the food and was instantly hooked (no pun intended). The battered pickles are also a good favourite and the cheesecakes are a great way to finish off a delicious meal. Read more
Ordered haddock and rice. It tastes ok but the take-out bowl holding the rice looks like it melted from inside? The rice was... served really hot and the inside wall of the foam bowl had a weird unusual texture. I suggest the manager look into this. First time at this restaurant and will be my last. If you like chips that have been cremated , the same with the fish, this was... possibly the worst fish and chips I have ever had. The cost for this tasteless virtually inedible meal was over $26. The mushypeas were very watery but at least the gravy was tasty. A very poor representation of what fish and chips should be. I think the management has changed and the service was very poor. They gave us glass of water which had lipstick mark on.... Previously fish used to come with tarter sauce this time I had to ask for it . Overall poor customer service but food was great. Read more
