The restaurant was not so busy and the table set up is okay not too fancy. The staff in the front was very helpful, he offered... some options and I feel that we can rely on his suggestions. He was so natural. He didn't do much but he made us feel welcomedfrom the moment we've stepped into the restaurant. We have ordered a family meal. The garlic sticks tastes good and the chickenwas impressive. The salad is okay but the dressing is quite too small. Overall experience was great ????. Went back 4 years later by coincidence and still not very impressed the chicken in the burger was rubbery and thin the wrap was... like a pot pie with shredded chicken. Fries were good portions for the fries were big too. As a flame grilled chicken shopthey really need to focus on how to properly cook the chicken so its moist and not rubbery and for the wrap not use shreddedchicken. Read more

Amazing! Our favoutite place in Milton since moving here 4 months ago. Service is fast, food is delicious and prices are... affordable. We get amazing service every time we come here which is now weekly! Would recommend if you luke the spice! If not,just ask for sauce on the side. Read more

This is my go to place. I usually order over the phone to get a time for pickup as the wait time might be more on the higher... side in weekends,but its alright as the food is worth the wait. I ordered chicken with their signature Peri Fries and beefburger, chicken was perfectly grilled as per my liking. I'm not sure where to start with this review. I'm so torn because over the years (different location), I have enjoyed their... food. Went to Galito's Milton the other day and was unfortunately very disappointed with what I witnessed. Staff cleared thetable with the same broom they swept the floors with...I feel this practice is terrible. 1. We are in covid times when we arebeing extra vigilant about sanitization and cleanliness. 2. The floor is very dirty (folks walk with outdoor shoes on the floorand track in who knows what), transferring these potential pathogens to a table could be serious. 3. Folks sit and and eat atthese tables. Even if the tables are cleaned after being swept, there is no reason to use a dirty broom on top of the table. Acloth would suffice. So many things go through my mind... -where has the broom been (washroom? Dining room? Kitchen?) -if theshop cleans tables like this, what other substandard cleaning practices do they have? The food was good-always is, so that isgreat however if the food is being prepared and or served in a dirty environment, then there's nothing we can say about thetaste of the food. Service was good. The waiter was very attentive and kind. Location is convenient with a lot of freeparking. The restaurant is small but has sufficient seating. Covid protocols: -they check for I.D. but they were not tooworried about full doses being past the 14 day mark (not sure if thats a "thing" or not but that's my understanding) -The staffthat I saw were wearing masks -they had tables blocked off, for proper social distancing between parties The washroom was clean(usually a good sign , but maybe I can't use this as a measure of cleanliness standard anymore) Just really unfortunate. I ordered a family meal from here. It came with a whole chicken, 4 garlic breads, 2 large sides (we chose peri fries and grilled... veggies). Everything was served hot and fresh. Grilled veggies were delicious. Fries were crispy, just the way I like them. Andchicken was cooked to perfection. The young guy at the front desk was very courteous. The place was clean from inside.
