I have been at this place few times and tried their smoothies, they were great until about couple weeks ago when I visited on a... Sunday, the ladies told me their Bananas were not ripened but it's still fine to drink the smoothies since Bananas only used tothicken the texture of the smoothies and it does not impact the taste. Well they were wrong, after spending close to $30 dollarsfor 4 smoothies, the taste was terrible and had to throw them away and wasted $30. I would have returned them, but drove awayand tasted them when I was a bit of a distance and didn't have time to return. I used to love Freshii, but this time things were terrible: I ordered a chicken teriyaki salad that came with way more rice than... salad, and the broccoli tasted mouldy. Also, the mango smoothie I ordered didn?t taste like mango at all. Read more
I go to this location almost everyday and 1 particular staff member seems to have some issues with me and have been constantly... rude not sure for what reasons. The point of going to place like freshii or subway is that you can customize your food to suityour taste and get a bowl made how you like it. She would make the bowl with extremely small portions and when I asked for acouple of lines of extra sauce this girl tells me that my manager doesn't allow me to put extra sauce and we would charge a $1extra for that. Like who the hell charges a dollar for extra sauce and charge 30 cents for an extra topping. I have been to Nnumber of freshii locations and no one ever has said that to me. In fact they are more than happy to customize the bowl how youlike it. Highly disappointed with the behaviour with this staff member who completely ruins my experience of one of myfavourite places. Someone please open another freshii location in Milton as this place because of the attitude of this staffmember is totally not worth going in. I?ve been to this new location twice. One because I love Freshii and two because it?s the best one I?ve ever been to. The... servings are perfect, plenty of veggies and dressing, unlike other locations. Online ordering is amazing, fast and a great wayto get points/rewards. Read more
