I took my family here once over a year ago on the recommendation of one of my friends. We left despite being hungry because the... staff were rude and unfriendly, which killed my appetite. My family and a different friend's family joined me today in cominghere. Once again, the staff was impolite and unprofessional. At the time, I didn?t write a negative review, but now I feel likeI should. Even if the food is bad, I would eat there again if there was good service and hospitality. Read more
I kept putting this place on the back burner for places to eat in Milton and I?m upset at myself for not coming here sooner.... What initially brought me here were the funnel cakes after positive reviews from the wife. What will keep me coming back are thequality sandwiches/burgers. For anyone looking at the pics and saying the ratio of bread to meat looks like too much meat, trustme the buns are soft and will be needed to soak up all the juices from whatever you choose to put in between. My cheese steaksandwich was ON POINT and my little boys loved the poutine. We?ll definitely be back for the funnel cake and I?ll have a burgerbeforehand. Read more
Amazing burgers and fantastic people. I was getting late and they told me, don?t worry, we would open the shop till you arrive.... Excellent customer services. No doubts, burgers are delicious and fresh. It has a decent sitting arrangements and free parkingin front of the restaurant. They are following COVID-19 protocols. Keep up the good works guys. I wish I could give less than 1 star to this burger factory. Ordered two crispy chicken burgers with toppings and bbq chilli... sauces. Got stale burgers with wrong toppings and no sauces. They used to be good but not anymore. New staffs are just cluelessand rude. I want my money back ???? Read more
Great beyond meat veggie burger and funnel cake. It?s worth the price. Loved their strawberry funnel cake which is good to serve... 3-4 people. Huge quantity along with 3 scoops of icecream. Read more
Ordered twice, once through Uber and once direct. Food was delicious both times. They had all the toppings correct and proper... proportions. When ordering and picking up the staff were attentive and labelled the burgers properly. Juicy Lucy on fire isreally good. Read more
Honestly the best burger factory locations out there! The chef there has worked there for years and highly enjoys his work you... can tell! I'm from Brampton and this is the only location I like going to because of the friendly service and amazing staff!!10/10 would recommend anyone to go there! Read more
