This was my first time ordering online from Willy's. Initially, I placed a catering order, which was my mistake. I should have... placed an individual order. I spoke to Charlie at the Windward location and he corrected my mistake so my order wouldn't beprocessed. I needed the order today, Thursday, not Wednesday. Thank you, Charlie for helping me get it corrected! When we pickedup the order, Charlie came out with all the orders. It was nice to meet him in person. He offered to carry it out to ourvehicle, but I brought in two students to help me carry out the bags. Each bag had a name on it which made it SO easydistributing to our students. Thank you!! The only thing that was wrong with our order was that the online menu said 'TWO tacosmade the same way', and the four students who ordered the tacos, only received one each. Read more

The... manager Charlie always goes above and beyond for the customer and make sure we are pleased with the food; the restaurant isalways clean and the food is always fresh . First time I ordered here with Ubereats, I was very pleased with the portion, presentation and taste. I couldn?t finish it but I... couldn?t bring it home bc it gets soggy after a few hours. But it was my fault cuz I ordered a little early. It came with supercrunchy chips. This was for lunch at work. Will order again. Read more
Let me say this....Willy's is by far the best when it comes down to Mexicana Grilled! I stop by at least 3X a week...always... fresh, tasty and plentiful. The staff constantly rotates lately but the quality of the food remains the same. Read more
I ordered food to be delivered from Willy?s Alpharetta windward Pkwy. Door dash arrived at the restaurant to pick up the food... and the driver refused to take the food and left. Thankfully, I the manager contacted me immediately and delivered the food. Thefamily enjoyed the food and I did not have to stress. Thank you so much to the manager of this store!! Read more
