Starbucks lost its mind. Charging $2 for cream and sugar, that is a 50% up charge for something that should already be included... in coffee. Smh...The girls are nice though so my complaint isn't about them. They just work there. Read more

Does not open until 8am. When it does open you will wait in line behind 5-10 people while one woman struggles to make the 20... drinks they somehow ordered. Then on top of all that when it's finally your turn your items will be sold out. But wait that'snot all! Then the drink you order as a large will somehow have less liquid in in than a medium. Not to mention you paid $6 for 8oz of coffee in a large cup... Oh and they can't heat items because idk I guess $100 microwaves in 2021 are unheard of. Read more
I've been coming to this location for 5 years and normally it's great service and they make my drink the way I like it... especially if I got it made wrong at another location I normally can count on this location to get it right. But today around11:15 this morning the young girl with dark brown hair working seemed stressed and was confused about how to remake my mochafrappuccino for me. Then when she went to service me my drink she over filled the drink slung it on the counter and it wasdripping so bad I had to ask for a larger cup to put it in and even then after tasting it she obviously did not make it the wayI asked so the nice young guy step in to assist with clean up and making my drink taste somewhat better. Her customers serviceskills was rude for no reason just because she couldn't understand how to add extra mocha and raspberry to a mocha frappuccino??????? Read more
I get a iced cloud caramel machiatto every morning. I was at this location the day before and she made it right. Now today there... was one girl working who obviously did not know what she was doing and made me a caramel machiatto and just dumped the cloudpowder (egg whites) in my drink. I knew it was done wrong so i asked her to remake it. Instead of doing what starbucks is knownfor (if its not right let us know). She argued with us instead of remaking the drink. This is not a cloud. Hire people whoactually know what theyre doing especially when its coffee you spend $7-8 on with my extra shots. Disspappointed! Read more
This Starbucks is inside the Target. Friendly staff working in the counter. Usually not a long line, but it doesn't always have... all the Starbucks products available. The barristas make great coffee so that is a plus, especially when doing a Target run. Read more
I find it very frustrating that a coffee shop known for it's espresso/lattes has a location with only 1 espresso machine! The 1... they have is broken so more than half of the menu is unavailable... also, you're IN a Target... buy a new machine! Read more
