My husband grabbed us a couple of sandwiches from here last weekend after a hair cut nearby. I was excited to hear that they had... a Cuban, typically my absolute favorite sandwich but not from here? my Cuban from Knuckies Hoagies was incredibly disappointing.I was surprised by the lack of contents on the sandwich (it was like two smashed mayo soaked pieces of bread with one sliver ofmeat on it and two pickles), especially for the price. So they kind of do a weird thing where you have to order everything at once and then pay for it and then they make your sandwich... unlike any other sandwich shop... Not a problem but they forgot some things. I paid 16 bucks for a soda and some chips and aregular size sandwich. The quality of Jersey Mike's or cost of subway, didn't really seem to beat either out for me for what Igot. They did have some tasty natural sodas and it all looked very good and there was nothing wrong with it, service wasdecent, really cool looking store and very clean. I would recommend whoever's on registered taking a notepad and asking whatpeople want on their sandwich and not just assume people know (lettuce, tomato, mayo is standard), and yeah maybe either go upon the quality or come down on the price. This place is my heart and soul, I love this place so much, I strongly recommend the turkey and swiss hoagie, it has mayo, swiss... cheese, (obviously) lettuce, anf tomatoes. (I get mine without the tomatoes) Employees are very patient and friendly. I onlywish they opened at 7. Read more

***Edit: been going here for 2 years and had 15 great experiences. This time on 10/8 they couldn?t make their signature sandwich... so my wife and I order two different sandwiches and they got both orders wrong. We didn?t even ask them to fix it because ittook almost 20min to make two sandwiches. One man had been waiting over 35min. The employees had no idea what was going on. I was visiting my eye doctor and he recommended it because he visits often. Since I was over in the area I decided I can check... it out. It was not busy at all. I noticed they have the Happy Hour from 3-6 pm and I got there around 2:15. There was an olderguy who greeted me but didn?t help me, he seem confused or lost, not sure. I asked since I was new and I didn?t want a bigsandwich would they be willing to let me do the happy hour early, but obviously as the young guy, Dusty said he couldn?t becauseit was a set button in his system. No problem that wasn?t my point. So I ordered the Ultimate which didn?t allow me to order ashalf. The young guy had trouble remember what I wanted removed and added as I emphasized several times I did NOT want Mayo. Over$10 for this sandwich for only the sandwich. I noticed when Dusty was taking my order with gloves on he wiped his face moreparticular his nose. I then asked was he going to be preparing my sandwich once he replied yes I told him I saw he touched hisface and nose and needed him to change gloves. As my sandwich is being made, I then asked because no one asked me can I havewheat bread, in which the white was changed to wheat bread. I ate my sandwich and was very underwhelmed for the price. The meatwhich included, Turkey, ham and roast beef was very bland and watery tasting. It was loaded with lettuce and oil. The pickleshad no taste and could barely taste the mustard. Small portions and very bland, actual sandwich is much different than the pictures on google and their website. I ordered a... second sandwich after the first one turned out to be 2 pieces of deli meat on bread. The second sandwich was no better. Comparable to jimmy John?s. I went to the née location is sandy springs and order a mini which I figured would be 1/2 a sub.... Opened the bag to realize it?s actually 1/4 of a sub, similar to a kids meal. I inquired about the banana pudding and was toldit was amazing. ?Made fresh daily while supplies last? Paid $5 for a desert for the box to be 1 scoop. When I came home tonoticed old brown bananas in the pudding- see attached picture. Very disappoint. Read more

Love a good sub. Really fresh ingredients well stacked homemade bread. Lots of great side options or accessories if you will. I... had the half size Italian with all the options. Great - delicious, bread is soft the meat stacked, cheese , lettuce tomato,everything fresh - you can taste it. The half size is like a regular at other places so it?s a lot of food, they pack itin???????? Clean place, friendly, great service and great attitude. Definitely worth having a sub here!
