First and probably last time at a Firehouse Subs. I came to the Milton location for my lunch break, based on a recommendation... from a friend. When I ordered, I wasn?t aware you had to ask to make it a meal, because the choices of Sub had three sizes,which I assumed based on other restaurants, who mean what size meal. So no chips or drink for me since I didn?t know and thecashier made no attempt to upsell the meal to me. Part of being in customer service is up selling products to get the most salesfor your company, no? They were sure to ask about charity though, nothing to benefit me. Almost 10 minutes to make my one subdespite it being slow, and three people working. I didn?t have much time to eat my lunch before returning to work. The subitself was just OK. It wasn?t bad, but it did taste more sweet than I thought, probably from the mustard. I?ll stick to JerseyMikes or Jimmy John?s from here on out. Read more
Visited 6/14/2022 - I ordered one medium meatball sandwich and a fountain drink. Coke Freeestyle machine was out of nearly... every option and had no sugar-free options. Service was aggravatingly slow (25 minutes from placing my order to receiving mysandwich). This, in full view of the staff that seemed to have no end of energy and attention for one another's phones. Sandwich was tasty enough, hence the two star instead of one, but I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Read more

Prices are insane, over $18 for 2 medium size veggie sandwiches NO MEAT! They take mobile orders while customers are waiting to... be served. It took 30 minutes to get served 2 sandwiches, no drink no chips, just sandwiches. A small neighborhood sandwich shopshould not be this expensive. If you can?t serve customers in the store then stop taking mobile orders. No one cares aboutcustomer service anymore. At least give the customer the choice of waiting before you take our money.
