I've been to this location multipe times and they have never gotten my order right. They're also always out of something... (sauces, cups, containers, etc.) and that wouldn't bother me so much if they could at least hand me a correct order and notforget something I ordered, or remember to not put mayo on my burger. Soggy baconator fries for me and cold fries for the wife. The wait is long both to order and get food . People standing at the... counter for almost ten minutes just to order so that long wait times don't show up on the their screen. Soda machine was plumbnasty, dirty tables, and the floor is sticking to my shoes. I can only imagine how bad it gets when it's busy here. This wasmast last trip ever to this location. Read more
Came in here to order a few frosties and the girl behind the counter refused to take any orders till she cleared her order... screen. She only had like 5 orders on the screen and I waited for almost 20 mins and she still hadn?t cleared one so we left togo to the tasty freeze . After asking for the managers number they refused as well. I asked forcorporate number and they said they didn?t have it! So I left empty handed and no refund!!! We travel some and have had quite a few bowls of Taco salad and the last 3 from our local area has not matched other areas and... states. There has been mostly 'chili and beans' in most other places and not watered down with maybe 7 or 8 beans and a fewpieces of hamburger in it.
