Just moved to Milton. After several visits to this location it's ran by trashy immature teens who are being unsanitary, rude and... overall do not care about their job. Line was short. Ordered 4 items one being a drink. A woman with red hair seems to be themanager and it was disgusting what I saw. My order was completely wrong. The only thing they got right was the drink. I ordered2 beefy crunchy burritos and a steak grilled cheese burrito with no sour cream on anything. After the first bite which wasliterally ice cold, I realized they filled the burrito with the sour cream. I'm not usually one to complain even if it's wrongbut they put so much sour cream on it then covered it up with unmelted cheese. A few more bites in I realize it's just rice,sour cream and cheese. I'm disgusted really. I hate it and was trying not to be picky this time but they messed up everything.My other 2 burritos were done the same with almost triple the amount of beef you would want. So much it barely closed. And againfull of sour cream. I will not be spending money here again. As far as the employees if you don't like your job find anotherone. Read more
Well I just went and ordered there today. They tried to forget one of my beefy chalupas and then addressed me as the lady with... the orange hair tie. I don't appreciate that. Completely rude. They didn't wrap our food correctly. It was falling out of thebag and wraps. I had to rewrap our food. The bag ripped. It was all over a horrible service to me and my mom. I work in the fastfood service industry and this is not how we are suppose to be treating customers. The cashier was was good at her job. It'sjust the people in the back. Read more
Tacos are occasionally soggy but nothing I haven't had happen at other taco bell locations. It's cheap and fast, and never had... an issue with employees. Might help that I've never given them bad attitude ???? Read more
It is shocking when/ if this location ever gets your order right on the first try. The attitude of the employees is always sour,... and every night they consistently try to close at least an hour before stated closing time, and no matter the time of day foodthat is supposed to be crunchy is soggy, and food that is supposed to be soft has hardened, and that's after having it in yourcar for half a second. Hopefully they can make food like a regular taco bell someday. Read more
Food was as good as it can be for a fast food restaurant. The service was fast, but the cashier at drive-thru was not pleasant... at all. Didn't smile and gree me. All she said, "That's "$10.57" never asked if I would like some taco sauce or anything elsefor that matter. Gave me back my change and never thanked me, nor tell me to have a nice day. She was a very young girl, but Iblame mgmt for not training her properly. If she was trained, she would have hit on all the points in greeting a customer tothe restaurant, but she didn't even hit one. It's good I wasn't a secret shopper because I would've given them a score of 1star out of 5. It's increasingly becoming like this at a lot of drive thrus. I blame mgmt, but if they are trained, then theperson should work in the back, taking out the trash and sweeping the floors, not customer service. Read more
These guys are not the best at what they do. 6 people in the kitchen not working, drive thru girl smoking with her boy friend,... and me waiting 15 mins for 3 tacos that were all shell! Not good. Read more
First my husband and I tried to place an order online for some reason it did not the debit card. So we go to the drive-thru to... place an order of what we wanted online and we couldn't place that order because it was only can be made online. So we changethe order ordered our food and I wanted a bowl of black beans for $2 this is what I got no lie about it this is what I got. TacoBell you have got to do better!!! Read more
$6 for this? Very lacking in quality and presentation. I get it is cheap fast food but it isn't THAT cheap either. Really... disappointing I was looking forward to this thing. Read more
