We love going to lunch at Santino's in Pace. All Santino's locations I have been to have been great, but the team at the store... on Hwy 90 in Pace is amazing. The food is always great and the service is also. It is a favorite lunch spot for our team atwork. Thanks for the great service and see you all real soon! Read more

Where's the rest of my sandwich? My Caribbean Pulled Pork Grinder only had meat on one side of the sandwich! Did neither the... employee making this nor the employee who brought it out to me think this was acceptable? What an absolute disgrace, especiallysince you don't get a lot of meat to begin with. Even the cheese is only sprinkled on partially across the bun half. You cantell it's just a lazy effort by staff. I will say the Mighty Meathead grinder someone else got was actually pretty good. Wevisited last year and had an okay experience then, decided to come back....what a mistake that was. I definitely don't thinkwe're coming back anytime soon. Read more

This place is way over-priced and trying poorly to be a knock-off of Hungry Howies and a few other chains all rolled in... one. There is an identity crisis with this restaurant. They don't know if they want to be a pizza place, a sandwich place, etc. The employees exhibit no sense of urgency or motivation. Yet, they openly expect tips for horrible service and customershaving to get their own drinks and clear their own tables. I was surprised they even brought the food to the table...though theyobviously take no pleasure in that and seemingly would rather have the customers do that along with cooking their own food. If Iwere the owner, I'd fire everyone from the managers down to the dishwashers. The food itself is lack-luster at best. They'reactually a step below Dominos and Papa John's...both of which I hate for their poor quality food. Ironically, they arehalf-again more expensive than these two competitors. All-in-all, this restaurant is poorly situated along US Highway 90 towhere you can easily miss it. So, if you do pass it by, you won't be missing much. Just consider yourself lucky and drive in toa better restaurant. Read more

We are just now leaving and I have seen 4 people go back up because of either not cooked food or just wrong orders. The staff... were very nice and that was a plus. But the food was not the best. I had the Italian grinder , my wife the ham and pineapplecalzone both were not great and the calzone was still very doughy. The kids cheese pizza was very good and so were the wings. Read more

We order takeout often! We absolutely love how fresh everything always is. So much more to try, but the Greek grinder and baked... spaghetti with cheesy bread are some favs in our house! Read more

I gave them 1 star because there isn't a 0 star option. Normally we like to stop in at Santino's when we are in the area... visiting family. But never again! My "Roast Beef" sandwich had one dried up piece of roast beef per side no larger than 1"x2".While we waited for the rest of our order, my husband, took my sandwich back to the counter to complain, he was told that thesandwich was correct for what I'd ordered. When the "Mighty Meats" were delivered they were no better, we won't be wasting anymore money in Santino's! Read more

Our pizza was soggy, oily and not fully cooked. We complained and the guy handled the pizza and said it was fine, then handed it... back to us. Hmm. This was my first experience at Santino?s. My daughter was so excited that I would get to try it. Read more
