I was on my bicycle to Boomerang Pizza only to find out that they were closed. So instead I went to the good ol Papa John's. I... was attend by Ray, the manager of the store. Paid on the app for 2 pizzas and shortly after received a phone from the store. The employee stated that they had 1 driver and 3... orders ahead of me and it would take 2 hours to deliver the pizza I had paid for. I offered to come pick up the pizza toalleviate the issue and was informed that the doors cannot be opened after 10pm. Still not too sure how 3 orders translated into2 hours. The last three times we have ordered from this Papa John?s pizza the app says it should take no longer than 45 minutes. On... average it has taken 90 minutes per order. Our family loves Papa John?s pizza and wants to order it, so I called to speak withthe manager. The response he gave was ?I don?t know why the app is not giving the right times.? The first time we ordered from here the pizza had an issue it went into the trash. It was not edible to eat. I called them back... and was told they would make it right by offering another pizza free of charge and when I ordered again they said they hadno Idea what I was talking about getting a free pizza to replace one that they delivered inedible. 4 super risky dinky slices of Bacon on the Pizza, and the Second pizza was not cut and so hard to chewy, I was so tempted to... bring this back... OMG.... no wonder this place has a 3.4 star review.... Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time. I put an order for a couple Papadias and a drink, with some... extra sauce cups. The delivery was passed off by the store to DoorDash for delivery. When they driver got here he handed me thefood only. I asked him did he bring me the drink, he shrugged it off saying ?callem ? I guess they busy?. The way he acted likeit wasn?t even serious was insane. Even though he was tipped good he acted as if it wasn?t a big deal. I called the store andspoke with the Manager. She replaced my order with fresh food, with a Drink, and even sent us out a pan of brownies PLUSrefunded me due to the drivers attitude. She went well beyond making the customer happy.
