Had to wait forever in the drive thru line just to order because nobody wanted to talk in the intercom. I finally asked someone... who was headed inside (lobby closed) if their intercom was working and he said he would let the drive thru worker know there wasa line. As soon as I drive up to place my order they start saying let me make sure we still have chicken. Luckily they did butthey were out of mashed potatoes. I got my food pretty fast after listening to the employees making throw up sounds behind thewindow. Got home most of my food seemed fresh but my serving of fries was enough for one of my kids to eat and was ice cold.Very disappointed Read more
Drive thru only. And they never seem to get the order right. Tonight there was no biscuit, no napkins, no plastic wear to eat my... slaw with. Had tongo back and get the stuff that was missing... which with the dining area closed, I had to stand at the drivethru window till they helped me. Just slow down... its drive through ONLY. Chicken is always good. I'm 57 and grew up eating from church's chicken a a kid in Louisiana. I was sad that the dining room is... still in covid mode and closed so we had to get it in drive thru. But it was very good once we got back home to eat. Read more
Worst place ever!!! We had the worst experience I have ever had at the place and when you call to talk to someone they hang up... on you or offer to give you a free Mac n cheese! DO NOT eat here! The customer service and food are terrible. After spendingover $50.00 to get home and not have what we paid then call to get what we paid they just hang up on you. Only have to go spend$50.00 more dollars at Domino's (which was amazing)I call the next day to speak with a manager no answer 2 days later I get aManager who says we can give you a Mac n cheese?????
