I ordered 2 veggie delight and it was the worst sandwich I ever had. Bread was not well cooked and for all the veggie I had to... tell her to add more. She was counting 6 piece for each veggie for the whole footlong sandwich. really? I will complain thesubway head office. I will never go to this location anymore. The one on Main street in Milpitas is much better than thislocation. I would give 0 star to this location. Read more
I love going to this subway location. The staff here is always friendly and the sandwhich are always made right. There are other... subway locations near where I live but would rather drive an extra 5-10 mins to go here instead. Keep up the good work! Read more
Is there a zero star option? This place is the epitome of horrible customer service. I came here during my lunch break with a... coupon that Subway bombards my mail with all the time. I had to wait more than 15 minutes before being served and there was onlyONE customer in front of me. I figured, oh well, I'll have to work on that sandwich fast because half of my break is gone.Finally, when my sandwich was done and ready, I hand the woman behind the counter the coupon, only to hear that it expired acouple of weeks ago. I said that expired coupons were never an issue for any other Subway that I've visited across the nation,but she insisted that she can't honor the coupon. I finally asked her if that sandwich she's made me is going to trash then, andshe just said : 'Yes, sorry'?!? Really?!? You would rather lose a customer forever and throw food in trash than honor a stupidcoupon that saves the customer a few dollars?!? What a joke of an establishment... This place should not only be shut down, butthe franchise owner should be forbidden from doing any kind of business in the future. Read more
Horrible place if you want to get a quick meal. Had a bad experience the two times we tried this place. First time, service was... incredibly slow. It took 15 minutes to complete 4 subs and a soup. The soup wasn?t available, so they made us wait for 5 minuteswhile they made it ?fresh?. Turns out the soup was reheated and stale. Tried this a second time and we waited in line behind twopeople for almost 15 minutes. It took them 15 minutes to make 2 subs and a soup! When it was our turn, we were offered ?fresh?soup and we bought the bait again! The soup and one of the breads turned out to be stale. To top it all, their toaster didn?twork, there were no avocados, we had to repeat our order more than twice and they were always short of one or more dressingoptions. Will avoid this place in future. After coming from another Subway store that was rude I went to this one. The different is like heaven and hell. My server... Lorena was very nice and professional. She taught me how to get the best deal out of my coupon and served me with a smile. Herservice made more than make up for the bad experience I had on the other. They instructions perfectly, I prefer extra protein. Mom likes their wraps. Dad eats anything.lol friendly staff.
